Q. How soon can my order be processed?
A. Most orders received before 3:00 PM PST will be processed and shipped the same day. Any orders received after that time or including items on backorder will be shipped the following day or, at the earliest possible time.

Q. How do I return defective merchandise To Almax Wireless?
A. To return product completely fill out the Return Merchandise Authorization form and return it to Almax Wireless. All fields must be filled out completely before returning it to Almax (Please refer to the RMA form for details). Once the form is received and approved, Almax will issue an RMA number. The customer will then attach the RMA number to all corresponding paperwork, and print it on the package that is to be returned. Once the product is received, Almax will issue credit in the form of replacement to the customer.
